Sonata Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2015, the Board has recommended final dividend of Rs. 4.25/- per share for Financial Year 2014-15, which is subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>The Dividend if any declared shall be paid on or after August 20, 2015.
