Sonata Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. audited results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015;<BR><BR>2. recommendation of final dividend, if any for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the 'Trading Window' shall remain closed during the period from May 04, 2015 to May 20, 2015.
