Sonata Software Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting held on March 09, 2016, second Interim Dividend at Rs.5.50 per share (550% on par value of Re.1/-) has been declared. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1.00 p.m. and concluded at 1.30 p.m.<BR><BR>Interim Dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or after March 24, 2016 through Electronic Clearing System (ECS) or by dividend warrants, as applicable.
