| South Indian Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation and Remuneration Committee of the Board by a resolution passed on February 18, 2014 has allotted 17,94,110 Equity Shares of face value Re. 1/-each pursuant to exercise of options granted under the South Indian Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme (SIB ESOS - 2008). Post the above allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Bank would stand at Rs. 134,39,47,561/- consisting of 134,39,47,561 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each. | |
