| South Indian Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from July 02, 2016 to July 08, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on July 08, 2016.<BR><BR>Dividend for the FY 2015-16 if any, declared by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting will be paid to the shareholders of the Bank from July 13, 2016 to July 18, 2016. | |
