Southern Gas Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 30/- per share @ 30% of the face value of Rs. 100/- per share on the equity capital for the approval of the Company in General Meeting.
