| Southern Online Bio Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2014, have approved the following subjects through Postal Ballot pursuant to the section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules 2011.<br/><br/>1. Apprdved to issue 77,15,414 equity shares under preferential issue allotment pursuant to section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.<br/><br/>2. Approved to appoint Mr. S. Sarveswara Reddy as a scrutinizer for conducting postal ballot. | |
