This is with reference to submission of financial results for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2017 alongwith outcome of Board Meeting held on 29th May, 2017.<BR> <BR> We would like to bring to your kind notice that there were typographical errors in the printed figures under the sub-heads 'Non-current Investment & Cash and Bank Balances' under head 'Assets' in the Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the year ended 31st March, 2017. However, there is no such impact of the said typographical errors in the results submitted to the exchange for the period ended 31.03.2017 and we hereby confirm that Audited Results submitted for 31.03.2017 is correct in all respects. <BR> <BR> We are sending herewith Revised Standalone Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the year ended 31st March, 2017 for your record.<BR> <BR> You are requested to make necessary correction in your record and update the same on your Website. <BR> <BR> Inconvenience caused due to aforesaid inadvertent error is highly regretted.<BR>
