| Spentex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that :<BR><BR>"1. The Company has fixed Board Meeting on February 14, 2015 to approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>2. Company accounts are maintaining under SAP 6.0 version due to server Problem Company is unable to retrieve the few accounts.<BR><BR>3. Our IT Department is giving their best efforts to rectify the Server before Board Meeting to sort out the issue.<BR><BR>4. Company has also hired out side services for rectification of Server.<BR><BR>Keeping in view of Board Meeting read with above conditions, Company may or may not be able to place said results before the Audit Committee & Board and may not be able to submit and publish said results within 48 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting.: | |
