SPML Infra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15, subject to approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
