| SPML Infra Ltd has informed BSE that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approved and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect till May 29, 2016. | |
