SPML Infra Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:-<BR><BR>1. Not to recommended any dividend for the FY 2014-15.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Mr. Lalit Khetan as CFO of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Adopted the "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" and "Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015."
