SPML Infra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on the May 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2014 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-14, subject to the approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
