SQS India BFSI Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 (3) (vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2015, the Company has fixed June 19, 2015 as the Cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Members to cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted at the ensuing 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on July 23, 2015.
