Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will be meeting on January 27, 2017 inter alia :<BR><BR>1. to consider and take note of the Un-audited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter/Nine months ended December 31, 2016; and<BR><BR>2. to issue and allotment of 43,61,265 Equity Shares on conversion of Second Tranche Convertible Share Warrants in the ratio 1:1 to M/s. Brilliant Industries Private Ltd., Promoter of the Company.<BR><BR>pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. Closure of Trading window) for the Insiders covered under "SRAACL - Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading" would commence from 6.00 p.m. on January 20, 2017 and end 48 hours after the Results are made public on January 27, 2017.
