| Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the consolidated/ standalone Un Audited Financial Results for the third quarter/nine months ending December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Regulation shall remain closed from February 06, 2016 till February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of adoption of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company. | |
