| Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @15% on paid up share capital of the Company i.e., Rs.<BR>1.50 (one rupee fifty paise only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, subject to approval from the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. | |
