| SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the proposed Public Issue of the Company of 20,00,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,000/- each, amounting to Rs. 2,000 million (with an option to retain oversubscription upto Rs. 10,000 million (Tranche 2 Issue) within the residual shelf limit of Rs. 11,738,569 million), the trading window, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Srei Insider Code), shall be closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Insiders and their immediate relatives, from the close of the trading hours on June 26, 2015 i.e. the date of meeting of Committee of Directors of the Company for approval of the relevant offer documents in relation to the Tranche 2 Issue till completion of 48 Hours from the date of opening of Tranche 2 Issue (both days inclusive). | |
