SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange board of India ) Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2014 for all the Designed Employees (including Directors) of the Company from April 15, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial results of the Company to the Stock exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designed Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
