With reference to the earlier letter dated March 18, 2016 regarding Automatic termination of Global Depositary Receipt ("GDR") program and cancellation of, admission to the official list of United Kingdom Listing Authority ("UKLA"), and trading and listing of GDRs on the London Stock Exchange plc ("LSE"), SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that the Listing of GDRs in the Official List of UKLA and admission to trading of GDRs on the LSE have been cancelled w.e.f. May 16, 2016.
