| SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 01, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Srei Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the close of the trading hours on July 24, 2015 till August 03, 2015 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Srei Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
