| SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the proposed Public Issue by Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited (the Company or the Issuer) of 20,00,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Face Value of Rs. 1,000/- each (the Debentures or the NCDs), aggregating upto Rs. 2,000 Million (Base Issue Size"), with an option to retain oversubscription upto additional 5,066,360 NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,000/- each, amounting to Rs. 5,066.36 Million, aggregating upto the residual shelf limit i.e. Rs. 7,066.36 million (Overall Issue Size) (Tranche 2 Issue), the trading window, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Srei Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall be closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Srei Insider Code) and their immediate relatives, till completion of 48 hours from the date of opening of Tranche 2 Issue. The date of opening of the Tranche 2 Issue is on January 30, 2017. | |
