This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. 22nd July, 2017, inter alia, has, approved / noted the following:<BR> <BR> (i) Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2017, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). <BR> <BR> (ii) Mr. Salil K. Gupta (DIN: 00651223), Chief Mentor and Independent Director of the Company, aged about 89 years, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 22nd July, 2017 due to advanced age.<BR> <BR> The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 05:00 P.M.<BR>
