SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Anil Agrawal has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. the closure of the working hours on March 31, 2014 due to health reasons.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Kishore Kumar Lodha, Finance Controller of the Company has been designated as the CFO of the Company for the purpose of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges w.e.f. April 01, 2014.
