The 32nd AGM of the Company has been duly convened and held on Saturday, 22.07.2017 at 'Science City Mini Auditorium', Kolkata at 10:30 a.m.<BR> In this regard, please find enclosed the following:<BR> 1.The gist of proceedings of the 32nd AGM pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015<BR> 2.Voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015<BR> 3.Consolidated Scrutinizer's Report dated July 22, 2017 <BR> 4.Annual Report for the Financial Year 2016-17 pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, duly approved and adopted by the Members of the Company.<BR> The Voting Result alongwith the Scrutinizer's Consolidated Report is available on the Company's website www.srei.com and on the website of Karvy https://evoting.karvy.com for information of all concerned.
