Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Company has completed a first tranche of buyback process of Long Term Infrastructure Bonds on 23rd March, 2017 (Buyback date'), in terms of Shelf Prospectus and Tranche 1 Prospectus both dated 28th December, 2011 and as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 6th August, 2016.
