With reference to the news items appearing in the news media titled "SREI infra Looking to divest stake in VIOM", SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited (Srei) has a strategic investment in Viom Networks Limited (Viom), which is an unlisted Company.<br/><br/>Viom is planning to raise funds for its growth either through private placement or listing overseas.<br/><br/>Till date, the Board of Directors of Srei have not considered to divest any stake in Viom.<br/><br/>Further, we would like to state that the Company does not have any information / announcement which in our opinion might have any bearing on the price / volume behavior in the Companys scrip."
