SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2014 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from January 15, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
