SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, has reappointed Mr. Hemant Kanoria as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 (Five) years beginning from April 01, 2015 till March 31, 2020, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the Members of the Company.
