| SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 29, 2015 to consider strategic business discussion.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Srei Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from December 22, 2015 till December 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Srei Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
