SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015, proposes to consider giving of a general authority for issuance of the following debt securities-<BR><BR>- Public issue of Secured/ Unsecured/ Sub Debt (Unsecured in the nature of Tier- II capital), Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,000 each, (the Debentures or NCDs), aggregating upto Rs. 500 Crores inclusive of green shoe option, if available, in one or more tranches.
