Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has received a letter issued by Care Ratings Limited dated 21/09/2017 informing that the Rating Committee of CARE Ratings Limited, has revised the rating of Long Term Bank facilities of the Company for Rs. 86.15 Crore as under.<BR> <BR> A. Long Term bank facilities revised rating to CARE D (pronounced Single D) from (CARE) CARE BBB-, Stable (pronounced Triple B minus, Outlook Stable). <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record.<BR>
