Srikalahasthi Pipes Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2016, inte alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2016, and recommend dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing-in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 02, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchange(s) on May 09, 2016.
