With reference to the above subject, we inform that the Company has completed dispatch of Annual Report containing, inter alia, Notice of the AGM to be held on 27th September, 2017 and audited financial statements for the FY 2016-17 to its shareholders on 1st September, 2017. A Public Notice in this regard including book closure Notice, as required under the Companies Act and Listing Regulations 2015 has been published in the News papers on 2nd September, 2017. <BR> <BR> A copy of the Notice published in the News Paper is enclosed herewith for your information and records.<BR> <BR> This may be treated as intimation under Regulation 30 read together with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
