Resignation of Sri. C. Jagapati Rao as Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014 and continuation as the Chairman (Non-Executive) with effect from April 01, 2014. <br/><br/>2. Resignation of Smt. E. Padmaja as Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Resignation of Smt. P. Usha Lakshmi as Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014.<br/><br/>4. Re-Appointment of Sri. C. Suresh Rayudu as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director for a period of five years with effect from April 01, 2014. | |
