SRS Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. Anil Jindal, Chairman of the Company has requested to make alterations in his remuneration by reducing it from Rs. 15,00,000/- p.m. to Rs. 7,50,000/- p.m. for the financial year 2015-16, for the overall benefit of the Company.<BR><BR>The Company in its Board Meeting held on April 07, 2015 considered this matter and has reduced the existing remuneration of Dr. Anil Jindal, Chairman of the Company from Rs. 15,00.000/- p.m. to Rs. 7,50,000/- p.m. for the financial year 2015-16 w.e.f. April 01, 2015.
