| SRS Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, inter alia, for approval of audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 will be held on May 30, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company's Shares is already closed and will reopen after the 2nd Trading Day after the results are made public.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
