| SRS Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, inter alia, for approval of audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 will be held on July 10, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders formulated and adopted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company's Shares is closed for approval of Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 w.e.f. June 02, 2015 and will reopen on 2nd Trading day after the results are made public i.e. from July 15, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
