Standard Batteries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors has decided to appoint M/s. Sharex Dynamic (India) Pvt. Ltd. as new Share Transfer Agent in place of M/s. Sharepro Services (India) Pvt. Ltd.<BR><BR>The Company will enter into a tripartite agreement with the existing share transfer agent and the new share transfer agent as required under Regulation 7(4) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. The appointment will be effective from July 01, 2016.
