| Starlite Components Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2014, has transacted the following :<br/><br/>The Chairperson informed the Board that the Company has accepted the work order of Ambernath Municipal Corporation, for replacement of Sodium Vapor Street lamps, with LED/Energy Saving Lamps; and has also signed an Agreement with Ambernath Municipal Corporation. The Work allotted to the Company, shall commence from, April 01, 2014.<br/><br/>1. Change in Board of Directors:<br/><br/>i) Take on your records the Casual Vacancy created in the Board due to sad Demise of Mr. G.K. Shrikantan-Director.<br/><br/>ii) Mrs. Smita Patodkar has been appointed as an Additional Director in place of Mr. G.K. Shrikantan. The Board of Directors has also received a Consent letter from Mrs. Smita Patodkar to act as a Director in the Company.<br/><br/>2) Adoption of Uniform Financial Year:<br/><br/>Uniform Financial Year shall be adopted by the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2014. | |
