Starlite Components Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016, in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 23, 2016 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results by the Company to the Stock Exchange.<BR><BR>It means that the designated person of the Company shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period.
