With reference to the earlier letter dated February 16, 2017, State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has now informed BSE that <BR>the Government of India has issued the Acquisition State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur Order, 2017 dated February 22, 2017 under sub-section (2) Section 35 of the State Bank of India Act, 1955.<BR><BR>In terms of the Order, the entire undertaking of State Bank Bikaner & Jaipur shall stand transferred to and vest in the State Bank of India from April 01, 2017.<BR><BR>The Company submit herewith a copy of the Order which has been published in the Gazette of India on February 23, 2017.
