State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has informed BSE that the change of director has taken place on the Board of the Bank. State Bank of India has nominated Shri Ravi Nandan Sahay, Chief General Manager (A&S) State Bank of India as a SBI Official Director on the Board in terms of Section 25(1)(c) of the SBI (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 with effect of August 28, 2015 in place of Shri R.C. Srivastava.
