STATE BANK OF BIKANER & JAIPUR - Exit from Jaipur Stock Exchange as a Stock Exchange

| State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has informed BSE that Jaipur Stock Exchange has intimated the Bank that SEBI had allowed the exit of Jaipur Stock Exchange as a Stock Exchange (as flagged). Hence, it is no more a Stock Exchange and there will be no need for sending statutory compliance and payment of listing fee in terms of the provisions of the Listitng Agreement.<BR><BR>Consequently the securities of the Bank are listed with the two stock exchanges only viz.:<BR><BR>(i) The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE)<BR><BR>(ii) The BSE Limited (BSE) | |
