State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has informed BSE that pursuant to Code 13 of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Bank, in view of consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended on December 31, 2013, shall remain closed from January 23, 2014 to February 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) (i.e. from the date of notice given to Stock Exchange for convening the meeting of Board of Directors till twenty four hours after the financial results are made public). Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on February 04, 2014 for the purpose. The trading window shall open again for trading from February 06, 2014.
