The Exchange had sought clarification from the company with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on January 7, 2015 titled "SBI floats plan to Merge UTI MF with Asset Management Arm"<BR> <BR>The Bank replied stating, "The Bank has nothing to report under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement."
