| State Bank of India has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section (19) and Sub-Section (1) of Section 20 of the State Bank of India Act 1955 (23 of 1955), the Central Government, has appointed Shri Rajnish Kumar, Deputy Managing Director, State Bank of India, as Managing Director, State Bank of India, against the vacancy of Shri A. Krishna Kumar (who superannuated on November 30, 2014), from the date of taking over the charge of the post and up to January 31, 2018 i.e. the date of his attaining the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. | |
