State Bank of India has informed BSE that Shri. Harichandra Bahadur Singh and Shri S.K. Mukherjee, Directors nominated under Section 19(d) and 19(cb) of the SBI Act, 1955, ceased to be Directors on the Banks Central Board, consequent upon completion of their term as at the close of business on September 23rd and October 3rd, 2015, respectively.
