| State Bank of Mysore has informed BSE that pursuant to Code 13 of Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading in the securities of State Bank of Mysore, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Bank, in view of consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, shall remain closed from January 20, 2016 to January 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) (i.e. from the date of notice given to Stock Exchange for convening-the meeting of Board of Directors till twenty four hours after the financial results are made public).<BR><BR>Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on January 27, 2016 to take on record the un-audited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. The trading window shall open again for trading from January 29, 2016. | |
