State Bank of Mysore has informed BSE that the a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve, the raising of up to Rs.1000 Crores by way of issue of Basel III compliant Additional Tier 1 Bonds.<BR><BR>The issue parameters will be as decided in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
